Chris' Story

"I'll never forget sitting in the iconic Pizza Palace Restaurant on York Road with my college buddies in May 1985 getting ready to graduate from Towson University and being excited about what lie ahead. I was headed to Washington, D.C., where I polished my hospitality skills working as a restaurant manager in the J.W. Marriott Hotel during the Reagan Administration. Two years later I was recruited to return to Baltimore County to start a new role as a property manager for the Lutherville-based Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. This position evolved into a leasing associate and started my career as a commercial real estate broker. In January 2000, after being named a partner and the top producer in the brokerage division every consecutive year since the division was created, it was time to fulfill my entrepreneurial dream and launch TriAlliance Commercial Real Estate Services, which now is entering its third decade. The company's first address was in Towson at 40 York Road -- right across the street from the same Pizza Palace."

Lyn's Story

"After a move back to Baltimore in 1999, joining my brother's new Towson Brokerage company was a natural transition for me. I spent the previous 10 years as a Disposition Officer and Asset Manager of bank foreclosed properties for South Charles Realty Corp, the REO department of Maryland National Bank/Nations Bank. Brokerage offered me the opportunity to utilize my commercial real estate experience and maintain the flexibility of raising a family. As an undergraduate of Towson University and a MAS graduate of Johns Hopkins University, I was familiar with the Baltimore market. Having five siblings working as commercial real estate brokers allowed me to learn from all of them while keeping it in the family."

Additional Background

Jablonski focuses on tenant and buyer representation and the sales and leasing of office properties with a specialty in office condominiums in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. An avid runner for over 30 years, Lyn has run marathons, competed in triathlons and many distance races including several Baltimore Marathons and Baltimore's 2002 half-marathon where she helped Team TriAlliance earn first place in the women's corporate division. Lyn and her husband, Ed, reside in northern Baltimore County. She enjoys spending time with her three children, Matthew, Hannah & Caroline, traveling, yoga and cycling.

Andrew's Story

"Growing up with my grandfather and father as owners of McDonald's restaurants, I fell in love with the world of business at a young age and gained experience working in all areas of the companies, from the front line to the back office. After graduating from Syracuse University, I joined M&T's management development program to further my leadership skills before leaving to work in investment management while earning an MBA in Finance from the business school at University of Maryland. After some personal investments, I eventually developed a keen interest in real estate, where I realized that I have a knack for understanding its unique dynamics. As part of the TriAlliance commercial brokerage team, I'm excited to utilize my well-rounded experience to help buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants with their specific needs"
